To transport a live animal in the cabin or in the hold of the aircraft, the reservation must be made and confirmed at least 6 hours before the flight departure time. Note: Depending on the type of aircraft, there is a capacity limit on the number of animals that can be transported per aircraft. Passengers can complete pet check-in procedures at check-in counters. Also make sure that you have the pet's medical reports, as well as its vaccination certificate(s) with the DNI data and any other necessary documentation. Remember that the transport of pets is not included in the baggage allowance and is subject to charges for additional baggage.

In cases where passengers have provided a pre-flight medical report indicating that they are allergic to animals, pets will be accepted in the cabin under specific conditions:

In the case of a passenger with a declared allergy and a passenger with a request for a pet traveling on the same flight, the request of the passenger who made the first reservation will be confirmed.

In the event that a passenger with an assistance dog and a passenger with a declared allergy are traveling on the same US flight, the assistance dogs always have priority regardless of booking order. (In accordance with US Department of Transportation regulations)

Excluding USA flights and except search and rescue dogs, in the case of a passenger with an assistance dog and a passenger with a declaration of allergy traveling on the same flight, the reservation order will be considered.
